Antonio Domingues de Figueiredo, PhD.
Civil engineer graduated in 1987 , has a Masters degree (1992 ) , Ph.D. ( 1997) and Habilitation (2011 ), all in Civil Engineering by the University of São Paulo . Conducted postdoctoral studies at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona in 2010. Currently an associate professor at the University of São Paulo , technical coordinator of the Brazilian Tunnelling Committee of the Brazilian Association of Soil Mechanics and director of First Secretary of the Brazilian Concrete Institute ( Ibracon ) . Has experience in the area of Civil Engineering , particularly infrastructure projects , with emphasis on Quality Control and Construction Materials . Develops its work , especially in the areas of special concrete ( shotcrete , concrete with fibers ) , tunnels , paving, as well as in the area of waste applied as aggregate in portland cement concrete . In his professional career has always worked in the area of standardization, having worked on commissions study of shotcrete , steel fibers and concrete pipes for stormwater and sewage having authored several basic texts .

Vitor Levy Castex Aly, MSc.
Graduated in Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua ( 1985) and Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1992). Currently he is General Coordinator of the Program for Investment Management in Metropolitan Transportation from Sao Paulo. Acquisition of Rolling Stock and Systems for the Paulista Company of Metropolitan Trains CPTM and Studies , Projects and Expropriation for the Implementation of the Second Phase of Line 5 Lilac , the Company Metropolitano de São Paulo Subway , Sector 13 Largo Ranch Klabin . With total cost of the program equal to $ 562 million, of this amount $ 168 million financed by the Inter -American Development Bank IDB and U.S. $ 394 million the responsibility of the State of São Paulo Counterpart site .. He has experience in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Engineering Infrastructure , acting on the following topics : planning, construction management and infrastructure management investment programs .

University of São Paulo - Polytechnic School
The School of Engineering of the University of São Paulo is an engineering school of the University of São Paulo (USP) in São Paulo, Brazil. Founded in 1893 - before the creation of USP itself - it was the first engineering school in the state of São Paulo and its original name was The Polytechnic School of São Paulo. It was incorporated to the USP in 1934. It is a public institution. Students are known within campus as "polytechnics", and every year, 750 new freshmen are admitted. Freshmen will spend most of their first and second year (of a 5 year course) in a building known as Biênio (Biennial), after which they proceed to their diverse specialities in 5 separate buildings: Electrical, Civil, Materials, Mechanic and Chemical. There are no tuition fees for students.
