Agriculture and Agribusiness in Brazil

10-Day Sample Program in São Paulo, Mato Grosso and Pernambuco

Brazil is a country with a vocation for agribusiness, due to its climate characteristics as well as its geographic diversity, possessing arable and highly fertile lands yet unexplored. With our agribusiness program, we seek to provide a lifetime opportunity: observing closely the areas within the agribusiness sector.  Combining practical activities with theoretical lectures, we will bring the group to the most important Brazilian cities and zones to the agriculture subject.

We start our journey in São Paulo - the country’s economic capital and educational polo – following to it’s countryside – responsible for almost 70% of all domestic production of sugar cane. Then, your students will go to Mato Grosso – the state is world's fourth largest soy producer. Hence, the next destination in our itinerary is Pernambuco, where participants will have the chance to observe creative ways to work in order to overcome production challenges that climatic and geographic conditions impose to agribusiness.
